No Account Needed

If you are a Do-It-Yourselfer (DIY) (Retail) customer, you do not need to create an account. Simply find the products you need, add them to your shopping cart, and checkout using your PayPal account or credit card.

We always recommend that you have an experienced plumbing handyman or pro conduct the product selection and perform the removal of the old part and installation of the new part.  Their livelihood is earned by performing plumbing work on a daily basis, so they are familiar with the problems and solutions of this type of work.

You are considered a Retail customer if:

• You are buying for a single residence.
• You are a Do It Yourselfer (DIY).
